So, being on this eat better food regiment is not so bad. Reading labels and finding new things to eat is kind of fun. I never tried veggie burgers before, so my sister bought Morningstar Farms Veggie Burgers and shared them with me. I grilled two of them up for my son and I, it was a regular beef burger for the hubby, he refuses to cross over to the other side. My veggie burger was served on an Arnold Whole Wheat Sandwich Thin, 1 slice of fat free cheese, 1 teaspoon each of mayo, ketchup and mustard, iceberg lettuce, tomato and red onion. My son didn't ask "where's the beef?" and neither did I. It tasted great!
