Yummy Grilled Chicken



Try this sandwich spread on grilled chicken breast.  It's fantastic and makes the chicken juicy and tender!




Grilled Garlic and Herb Chicken Breasts

4 chicken breasts, pounded to about 1/2 thick
1 cup of Kraft Mayo Garlic and Herb spread
1 large Zip Loc bag

Put the chicken in the bag and pound with the flat side of a meat tenderizer until about 1/2 inch thick.  Add the cup of mayo and massage the bag until chicken is covered.  Refrigerate for 1 hour.  Grill over medium heat 8 minutes on each side.
