No Time To Make Dinner.....No Problem.

Here is a quick and easy dinner on a cold night.  Sometimes I just don't have time to cook, the holidays are here, I'm busy, or it's just me and the hubby at home, so I look for meals to make my life a little easier.  We both really like French Onion Soup, so instead of going through the whole process of making it homemade, especially when you don't have time,  I came up with this great tasting meal. Oh, and it's a cheap meal too!

French Onion Soup
2 large OVENPROOF soup bowls
3 cans of Campbell's Onion Soup, Costco also sells a frozen version of French Onion Soup that is fantastic!
1 1/4 cans of water, if using Costco French Onion omit the water
1 day old large kaiser roll, split in half, or any large roll
1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Mix the soup with the water and heat until piping hot. While the soup is heating, toast the roll halves in a toaster oven.  When the soup is done, divide it between the two bowls.  Top each with the toasted roll halves and smother with mozzarella then the Parmesan cheese.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Put both bowls on a baking sheet and place under the broiler until the cheese melts and is lightly browned. Serve with your favorite salad and it's dinnertime!  I told you this was easy and it's good.  Oh, and that salad dressing you see there is phenom! Get it at Wegmans.
