Using up more of the leftover bread my boys bring me. My youngest son just walked in with another large bag of rolls and bread. I sliced these rolls lengthwise, buttered them, sprinkled with seasoned garlic salt, then sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. Under the broiler until browned and crispy. My family loved it!
I served the bread with a pan of Chicken Parmesan and a side of pasta.
