As I Promised... Heeeeere's The Powder Room Redo!

My sister redecorated her Powder Room and transformed it into a beauty. Her house is 22 years old and she and her husband have just about finished redoing everything on the first floor.  Next, the second floor.  She is a whirlwind when she gets started, leaves no stone unturned, and everything looks beautiful when all is done.  She has updated this little room to give it a fresh modern look and we all know that is always good for resale value.  When building our home I always thought of resale value, keeping things neutral and modern.  The total cost for her redo was around $360.  That figure included everything - paint for the walls and cabinet, new lighting, faucet, towel ring, TP holder, door knobs, all decorations, rug, all you see in the room.  It's a pretty inexpensive transformation.  Her main bath and bedroom are next, can't wait to see what she does to those rooms.

This is the  powder room before the fun began.  It doesn't look bad, it's cute, right?
Look at it now, it's a beauty! She painted the oak cabinet white, took down the contractor mirror and put up the mirror (earlier blog) that she painted, and all the other things I showed in a earlier blog that she purchased to redecorate the room. It looks great Sis!
Love, love, love it! New rug, pictures and shelves add a modern touch.
Brand new light fixture and faucet, door knobs and towel ring all in brushed nickel. All I can say is gorgeous!
Pictures and magazine rack.
